Lucy (D1992)

Lucy is a sweet, affectionate girl who is looking for a new beginning after spending many years in a home. Changes in her family’s circumstances over time have made it difficult for them to give Lucy the quality of life she deserves, and they made the difficult but loving decision to help her find a home better suited to her needs.

Lucy is a 10 year old, spayed Beagle weighing 29lbs. She does well with other dogs and kids of all ages. Lucy is very food motivated and she enjoys structure and routine. She loves cuddles, playing fetch with a ball or stick, and running. Lucy is sensitive to thunder and loud noises and does best with comfort and reassurance during storms. She enjoys being close to her people and is known to happily sleep under blankets. Lucy loves doggy daycare and is everyone’s best friend.

Lucy will need time to acclimate to her new home and expectations. Her new family must understand that she is a lifetime commitment and be willing to provide daily exercise, continued training, and lots of love.
