Princess Leia (D2017)

She is from the Star Wars litter to the 4 PAWS family! Leia and her brothers, Han Solo and Luke Skywalker, were rescued from a hoarding situation. Born June 13, 2026, Leia is a Dachshund mix and currently weighs about 7-9 lbs.

Leia is the most energetic and fearless of the litter. She loves to play, explore and keep her brothers in line! She has plenty of puppy energy and is always ready for an adventure. Leia is affectionate and loves to cuddle when she is tired, but when she's busy playing, there's no time for snuggles! She is happy to sit in your lap but does not like being picked up and held.

Leia is being raised in a home with other dogs and regularly plays with children. She is working on crate training and potty training.

As with all puppies, Leia will need time, patience and continued training as she adjusts to a new home. Her future family should understand that puppy ownership is a lifelong commitment that requires daily exercise, training and socialization. Remember, a good puppy is a tired puppy!
